About Us 

NP Collection is owned and run by Nicoletta Pilardi, who has extensive experience and knowledge of the luxury hotels market around the world. She teams with Karen Bellaby, who has worked with many hotel companies, along with experts in email marketing, copywriting, branding, PR and social media whom we are happy to recommend.

Nicoletta Pilardi

Nicoletta is a second- generation hotelier with 25 years’ experience in operation and sales & marketing within the luxury hospitality industry. An Italian national who has lived in London since 1995, Nicoletta has worked as Director of Sales for some amazing individual properties and hotel companies. They include The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company (launched the Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts Milan), The Dorchester, St Regis, The Excelsior in Rome, Hotel Bel Air in Los Angeles, and The New York Palace. She has worked closely with The Leading Hotels of the World and all top partners, such as Amex Fine Hotels & Resorts and Virtuoso.

 

In 2010 Nicoletta created NP Marketing to combine her knowledge of the luxury hotel industry with her passion for social media and blog internet marketing. She recognised that, in the rapidly expanding digital world, traditional marketing alone was no longer enough. By using the full range of channels, the company has an extensive reach and can seize even more opportunities within the international markets.

Karen Bellaby 

​

Born in Melbourne, Derbyshire, Karen started her career in hospitality at the tender age of 18 in London, working in hotel operations and an opening. 

​

Her next career move would be from hotel operations into sales and marketing which she did successfully holding positions on property and in Global Sales at Starwood Hotels and Resorts for 8 Years, where she was responsible for all brands of the company, Sheraton, Westin, Luxury Collection, W, St Regis and Four Points. During her time in sales and marketing Karen has built strong relationships with the Corporate/MICE and Leisure market segments in the UK, has run many successful educational trips for customers and has been instrumental in sales and marketing systems development and contributed to the sales training by becoming a European sales training mentor.

 

In 2003, Karen set-up her own company Greenlight Associates which extends professional services in sales and marketing to the hotel industry.  This has been a most rewarding time and has strengthened Karen’s leadership and motivational skills. In 2017 Karen joined forces with her long term associate Nicoletta Pilardi at NP Marketing.
