Dimora Italia is a new arrival on the international luxury hospitality scene offering an ever-expanding portfolio of approximately 40 exclusive and prestigious short-rental properties and private apartments in Venice and Florence with more coming soon in Milan and Rome. Dimora Italia was created by Venetian entrepreneur Filippo Gaggia who also founded Views on Venice – a portfolio comprising 90+ unique Venetian properties very much for the discerning traveller including aristocratic palazzos. Nicoletta will be working closely with their team headed by Diana Toniolo, Marketing Director, in order to promote the properties to the affluent international clientele.
With the new Dimora Italia collection, the Venetian model embraces Florence resulting in 8 chic apartments located in the historic centre, with another 10 apartments due for completion in 2022. Further destinations are planned for the future.
Every Dimora Italia property, irrespective of location, is designed and furnished to blend the traditional with the contemporary while retaining the heritage of the building. There are two categories in the Dimora Italia portfolio. There is a comprehensive concierge service offers a range of additional options available to every guest enhancing their stay. The service can organise a skippered ‘bragozzetto’ boat to explore the lagoon, find hard-to-come-by reservations in a restaurant of note, help with a pampering butler service or party planning, arrange informal cooking classes and sommelier-led Italian wine tastings. In addition, there are a selection of tours and services with expert guides on offer as well as arrange the very popular water-taxi transfers.
